Alexis Dulan is the founder of Method & Margin, a consulting practice that helps early-stage founders sharpen their pitch decks, fundraising strategies, go-to-market plans, and operations. She brings over eight years of experience across venture capital, management consulting, and customer success — having supported more than 100 founders through fundraising and strategy, and advised on over $50M in early-stage capital raised.

As an investor at Capitalize VC, Alexis has sourced and evaluated more than 1,000 investment opportunities, co-led five investments totaling over $1M, and built deep expertise in commerce tech and consumer packaged goods (CPG). Prior to venture, she held leadership roles at Slack, nZero, and Citrine Informatics, where she drove adoption of enterprise platforms to clients like Wynn Resorts, Sterling Bay, and Atlantic Aviation, launching Slack to more than 500,000 users worldwide. She began her career at Accenture, where she focused on change management and large-scale organizational transformation.

Fluent in English and Spanish and shaped by international experience in the United States and Mexico, Alexis brings a global perspective to her work. She is also an active community-builder, serving as a mentor for Techstars, a16z TxO, and HBCUFI, and co-hosting industry events with companies like Live Nation Urban and Mastercard to connect founders with capital and networks.
